Terms and Conditions

By booking with Staycation Mobile Spa, you agree to the following:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
   
• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
   
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time; full service fees apply.
   
• Gift cards, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   
• Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions prior to services.
   
• Staycation Mobile Spa is HIPAA-compliant and protects client privacy.
